<span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: large;">Lavar os morangos e reservar alguns para a decoração, aos restantes retirar o pé e cortar em quartos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: large;">Adicionar aos morangos 100 grs. de açúcar, o conhaque e o vinho do Porto e deixe-os macerar durante algum tempo.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: large;">Bater as natas com açúcar a seu gosto e misturar ao preparado de queijo.</span><br />
